2008 Woodson Reunion

JULY 11-18, 2008 - Washington, D.C.

1. INTRODUCTION. On behalf of our President, Connye Richardson, other leaders, and the Reunion Committee welcome to the Hilton Crystal City at Washington Reagan National Airport, 2399 Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, VA, 703-418-6800. It is located in the heart of a major restaurant area, near the George Washington Park on the Potomac, with DC across the river.

2. REUNION SUMMARY. This year's theme, "Bonded by God and Commitment," facilitates our outreach to each other and strengthens our interest in assisting others in our communities, nation and world. At the same time, you will have lots of time to tour the Nation's Capitol. We will offer some special tours as well as a college tour for high school students. With the business meeting and election of officers early on Saturday morning so you can tour DC, the Saturday night banquet will be the highlight of our reunion with the installation of new officers, awards, guest speaker, entertainment, and dance.

3. REUNION REGISTRATION. The registration is $80 per person to pay for dinner, printing, mailing, awards, guest speaker, entertainment, and related costs. Please mail the $80 dollar check to

4. RESERVATION. A block of rooms have been reserved for July 11, 2008 - July 13, 2008. The special room rate of $99 per room per night will be available until May 15th or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first. If our rooms are not sold out by May 15th, the Hilton will cancel our reunion and lease the rooms to other customers. SO PLEASE RESERVE YOUR ROOM RIGHT NOW!
